Mary joined the Metro Denver EDC in 2010. She manages the Colorado Energy Coalition (CEC) which includes representatives from industry, finance, law, government, education, economic development, and the public workforce system. The CEC is dedicated to strengthening the business climate in Colorado that supports all sectors within the energy industry – fossil fuels, renewable resources, energy efficiency, and conservation. Mary is also manages the Climate Prosperity Project for the Metro Denver EDC. In addition, she assists with prospects, business recruitment, and retention.
Mary was previously the energy industry coordinator with the Metro Denver WIRED Initiative, a U.S. Department of Labor grant to strengthen the talent development pipeline for the region’s targeted growth industries. Her background also includes working as a business development representative for the cities of Denver and Lakewood, and as marketing director for OZ Architecture in Boulder. Mary graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in business from Regis University.
